It also explains how you can access and update your personal data and control certain ways we use your data. The notice covers both online and offline data collection, including personal data we collect through our websites, social media, Customer Relationship Centers, Boutiques, points of sale, and events. We may combine data collected through different channels (e.g., website and offline events) or from different Ahwa entities. See Section 8 for more on how to opt-out of data combination.

This notice applies to personal data collected from or about you through the methods listed in Section 2 and from these sources:
- Ahwa websites: Consumer-directed sites operated by or for Ahwa, including those we manage under our own domains/URLs or as mini-sites on third-party social networks like Facebook.
- Ahwa mobile sites: Consumer-directed mobile sites managed by or for Ahwa.
- Email, text, and other electronic messages: Communication exchanges between you and Ahwa.
- Ahwa CRC: Calls to our Customer Relationship Centers.
- Ahwa Boutiques: Physical stores operated by Ahwa.
- Offline registration forms: Printed forms collected during in-store demonstrations, contests, promotions, or events.

Depending on your interactions with Ahwa (online, offline, phone, etc.), we collect different types of information, detailed below.

- Account login information: Information for account access, such as login ID/email, screen name, password (in secure form), and security questions.
- Demographic information: Information about your demographics or behaviors, like date of birth, age range, gender, location, preferred products, interests, or lifestyle.
- Technical information about computer/mobile device: Information about the device used to access our websites, such as IP address, operating system, and browser type. For mobile devices, we may collect data like device ID, advertising ID, and location where allowed.

- Consumer-generated content: Content you create and share with us on social networks or via our websites, such as photos, videos, stories, or posts on our social media pages.
- Social network information: Information you make public on a social network or allow the network to share with us, such as name, email, gender, birthday, profile picture, and user ID. Each time you interact with Ahwa through social media or use social features on our site, we may receive this information. - Payment and financial information: Information required for purchases, like debit or credit card details, handled in compliance with security standards such as PCI DSS.
- Calls to CRC: Calls may be recorded for quality, training, or proof of consent purposes, as allowed by law. Payment details are not recorded, and notice of recording is provided at the beginning of the call, giving you an option to object.
- Email interactions: We analyze your engagement with our emails (e.g., click-throughs, opens) to provide content personalized to your interests and preferences.

- Other General Purposes: In compliance with applicable laws, we use personal data for general business functions, such as research, analytics, and security. If you have multiple Club Member accounts, we may consolidate them into a single account. We also use personal data to maintain security.
- Legal Reasons or Mergers/Acquisitions: In the event of a company acquisition, merger, or legal obligations, we may share personal data with legal successors. We may also disclose your data (i) as required by law, (ii) in response to legal proceedings, (iii) for law enforcement requests, (iv) to protect our rights or safety, or (v) to enforce terms of use.

In addition to Ahwa entities (listed in Section 11), we may share your personal data with:
- Service Providers: External companies that assist us with business operations (e.g., order fulfillment, payment processing, fraud detection, website support). These providers are authorized to access and use personal data on our behalf only for specific tasks, following our instructions and confidentiality requirements. You may request a list of these providers (see Section 11).
- Credit Reporting Agencies/Debt Collectors: Subject to applicable law, we may use these companies to verify your credit or collect outstanding invoices.

- Secure Operating Environments: We store personal data in secure environments with reasonable security standards to prevent unauthorized access. While we take measures to protect data, internet transmission is not fully secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data while it is transmitted through our website.
